Shot out to black creek at about 1:00 today and checked out black creek guy's spot. Didn't get any because I forgot my anchor and there was about a million wakeboaders blasting their music and throwing their wakes at me. So I decided to shoot over to julington and finally got on em. It was about 30 minutes of non stop action. Took home 8 keepers, lost just about as many and had a couple throw backs.

That's the bad thing about fishing on the weekends, everybody else is out there too, and many don't respect anybody else on the water. Glad to hear you got on them. Good pic.

That striper must of been a nice suprise. I haven't got one this year. Is that a normal thing to catch them in black creek?

Hey Billy got to go bass fishing with a older guy earlier this week. It a old mine right by where I live but closed for quite a while. I used to fish it years ago but havnt been there in about 15 years, they got it locked up and the old guy has keys but his wife don't let him go alone anymore since he fell in last year. Some pretty big lakes in there, crystal clear, I took the ultra light and caught 4 nice ones. He had a spinning rod with spiderwire and got zip. Its really deep so I used a split shot to get em down with plastic worms and caught 1 on a small rattletrap. Didn't really have any bass stuff atificial type but was fun anyway. Hope i get to get back in there when they bed.
