I will be going to the JAX boat show this Friday. Anyone else going? I would love to check out the new http://sailfishboats.com/boats.cfm?boat=112Thinking Out Loud: How loud is the generator when it is running in a 26 foot boat? Is there a AC/heat vent to the pilothouse (at least to the drivers area)? Hope one model is there. Hope Pro Line has one of their new Pilothouse Express Cruiser models there as well. On Friday, I hope to arrive at the show just as it opens. Follow up trip penciled in sand at low tide for arrival at the show around 11 AM on Saturday. Sunday, weather permitting, I go catching, fish co operating, of course! I'll work out the departure times from here later tonight and post them here.

Update/follow up: Due to this 'cold' snap, I'm not sure what time I will arrive at the show and how many of us are going to go to the boat show on Friday. (I'm going, 'gassed' up my truck yesterday.)

well im actually going to be installing the outboards on my hull tomarrow might be ready in a week or so for the water.

well im actually going to be installing the outboards on my hull tomarrow might be ready in a week or so for the water. Sounds great. Good Luck! My Admiral and I have decided to leave when she is ready, for the boat show this morning and stop to have breakfast enroute. I had high hopes of being there when the door opens, now I hope to arrive before the show closes. LOL Out Loud! Friends of ours will meet up with us, somewhere, sometime. Hope to see you there. Yes, the boat show is downtown at the Prime F Osborn Convention Center. http://www.firstcoastboatshow.com/I had hoped to go back today with a follow up trip, not worth it for me. I'll wait for the boat show down at the water front.

I went last year, and wasn't very impressed. I wish there more vendors there. The seminars I attended were pretty good though.

I bought a 3 yr subscription for Florida Sportsman magazine in print, US $60.00. Plenty of boats. Not many vendors. No complaints, I loved it!
