Took the last couple of days off with the wind and cold but went this afternoon, I had 9 nice slabs and threw back about that many just a little small for the fillet knife.

Good job BC. Is your freezer full yet? I didn't get out at all this weekend. (my weekend being thurs & fris) Had some chores to do. I woke up this morning with back ailing again. Aaargh! Oh well, I have to go to work today anyway. Hopefully next weekend I can get out and do some fishing.

Sorry about your back, that just makes everything suck when you hurt it. Yeah got a bunch saved up, doing a fish fry for the neighborhood. I had major surgery last summer and the storms blew over a big pine tree on my dock. Neighbors knew I was wacked out and they came down climbed out and put ropes on it and sawed it up and drug it out the crrek and up the bank for me so I going going to have a big fish fry for them. Specks will probably start to slow down soon here getting ready to bed. All but one I kept Friday were males and the females have been about to pop with roe for a while. Thats why I been after them, make hay while the sun shines deal ya know.

I have (among other things) degenerative disk arthritis along with a ruptured disk in the L4 L5 area. For the most part I have been able to control the pain with adjustments and acupuncture. I went to the chiropractor yesterday morning since the office is closed weekends. Took him a while but he finally got movement. Feels great today. another adjustment tommorrow and Friday should get things on track as long as I go in for my monthly pretzel movement. I missed a couple, hence the latest relapse. What kind of surgery did you have? It's great you have good neighbors like that.

I'm planning on fishing Thursday as long as the back holds out. Gonna go with Skippy, but we ain't going offshore or to the jetties. Going after flounder and sheepshead, maybe some catch and release trout. We shall see when I wake up Thurs morn.

I had surgry to repai a abdominal aotic annerysum, cut you from one end to the other, take all your guts out, cut it out and sew it together, stuff all the stuff back in and sew you back up. Glad thats done LOL
