Just thought I'd start a topic where people could post their mishaps or others that they've seen. I wish I still had the pics of the Boston Whaler high and dry on Bird Isle. I'm sure some of you remember that post. I also remember someones post about leaving the trolling motor down while trailering their boat. ha ha won't mention any names on that one. Let's hear them fellas!!

You're not refering to mine are you? I had worked the banks all the way back to the boat ramp with my trolling motor. It was well after dark and when I tied the boat up to get my truck I had forgotten to pull the motor back in. Too dark to see so when I motored the boat up on the trailer there was a big bang. Busted the trolling motor bracket, but the Minn Kota motor was still in good condition. When they say unbreakable shaft they aren't kidding.

Well Mark, I was referring to FishTales, but I know you two are very close, and ALWAYS go fishing together. lol
