When I aint trying to catch a fish I been redoing a 25ft Wellington I built back in 1968. I gutted it complety and took out the old inboard outboard and going stright inboard this time. Just finished putting in new stringers and rebuilding the cabin roof, heres a picture

Might take you up on that havn't laid it out yet. I have a shaft, strut and rudder but not sure how long a shaft I am going to need yet, Did you get your cat going?

Now that's a project that looks like fun. I've always wanted either build a small boat from scratch or take on a refurb. Really though it's finding the time. Keep us up to date as you go BC.
